I love this place the people there are very diverse it is privately owned by two very nice people they make you feel very comfortable there you feel very free besides there's the fish house right in front that house delicious food

MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS AWESOME..THE HOUSKEEPER WAS THE BEST I SEEN IN A LONG TIME..SHE CLEANED AND WAS VERY FREINDLFN WENT ABOVE N BEYOND HER JOB DUTIES..SHE NEEDS MORE CREDIT AND TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR HER EFFORTS..

My family and I stayed the weekend at the valley inn hotel and when we arrived our room had been cleaned and freshened up that's a good thing to see. Will be staying again in that hotel on my next visit out there..

This hotel was actually perfect very quiet the room was really clean and the area's decent. I didn't worry about my car getting vandalized vandalized and when I went to smoke outside because all the rooms are nonsmoking I didn't have to worry about Panhandlers or anybody of weird sort coming to me asking me for change or why not. Great hotel for the price I will be back

If you are looking for a luxury hotel, complete with morning mimosas brought to your door, I suggest you keep looking. I called ahead and expressed my concern about their previous reviews, the proprietor insisted that I check out the room myself before I pay a dime. I came and checked out the room. It was clean, yes there WAS A BLANKET AND PROPER BEDDING, a nice flat screen t.v., and a bunch of space for luggage. There was a fridge and microwave, no coffe pot, but when I asked the gentleman in the office he promptly provided one, which was great because I needed to make tea. I was renting this room for me and my toddler as we weren't feeling well and needed a quiet space to recuperate. We normally live with family and that can be loud sometimes. For what type of hotel this is it is perfect. Clean, comfortable and affordable. I have no complaints. There are some sketchy looking characters that hang around but they appeared harmless. I imagine this is the only place many people can afford, which attracts all sorts of folks from various walks of life. I did express some concern about safety at which point the hotel proprietor showed me his survalience monitor which appears to cover the entire property, so that was calming to my nerves. All in all a good experience.

It's your go-to motel when in the Watsonville area close to the downtown and shopping areas with reasonably priced rooms you can't go wrong and if you get an upstairs room. What a view of the Watsonville area. All in all a great room at a great price it can make the difference between an alright stay and a wonderful stay in Watsonville. Kevin

I visit this location when I’m in town. Everyone I have encountered in the office is super friendly and is always offering hot spots to visit while I’m in town. They have king size beds, AC, free parking, microwave and fridge in the rooms and the rooms are always cleaned upon arrival. Not the biggest rooms but cute and quiet for the most part.

Im giving it five stars because it gave me everything I need in a hotel. Let's start with the bathroom. I found it to be clean, towels smelled clean. The shower water was hot and lasted through a long bath and shower. The shower head is a bit funky and noisy but it had pressure. The odd thing about the bathroom was the toilet paper is on the wall across from the toilet. A bit of a stretch for a shorty like me. I set the roll on the counter for my stay The bed was comfortable, the pillows were a good size and heavy. Head sank right into them. The room was a good temp so I didn't need the blankets til morning I saw no bugs. The floor felt clean on bare feet. The TV worked. The bedside lights were perfect for reading. Parking was easy and even tho I couldn't park right in front of the room I felt comfortable leaving the car out of my sight. The one thing that put me off was I checked in around 4 pm. It was very noisy until around 9 pm with people talking, walking around and music. I thought, oh, Im in for a long night. But at 9 pm everything settled down and the rest of the night was quiet at the hotel. You can hear traffic on the adjacent road but it was background noise. At check in the clerk was efficient and, if not enthusiastic, at least polite. Ill stay here again. Pics are after I spent the night. It was clean and in order on check in
